Gain "unmatched control" with the E65S GbW

Here comes the next espresso grinder revolution: Grind-by-Weight
Mahlkönig’s brand new E65S GbW lets you gain unmatched control.

Visitors of HOST 2019 got to witness the world premiere of the holy grail of coffee grinding: dosing by a pre-set weight. Forget about dosing by a timer or dosing by volume. Where these dosing methods cause fluctuations, as they get affected by the condition of the coffee or the grind size adjustment, Grind-by-Weight delivers exactly the grams you set.

A true sensation: the E65S GbW provides the perfect grind directly into the porta-filter-holder
The integrated high-precision load cell underneath the porta-filter support enables groundbreaking real-time scale controlled dosing, as it monitors the weight during the entire grinding process. The result: consistently accurate doses.

Mahlkönig’s pioneering “Disc Distance Detection” (DDD*) adds yet another layer of quality control. It lets you set the degree of fineness based on the actual distance between the burrs. Keeping your perfect individual grinder settings has never been so easy, yet so precise.

In addition to this, the E65S GbW features a proven premium grinding profile and an active temperature management that maintains lower aroma-saving grinding temperatures. And the adjustable illuminated spout provides a clean and centered coffee outlet. After all, any demanding coffee shop owner is constantly striving for a consistent top-class product quality. Together we aim to serve any guest a truly great taste experience with every single cup. The E65S GbW makes it possible – hence it is the best companion any professional barista could ever wish for.

The E65S GbW can be ordered as of March 2020.
First deliveries will be effected in May 2020.
