The Mahlkönig Sync Digital Ecosystem

The Sync digital ecosystem consists of the Mahlkönig Sync Mobile Application and Desktop Application. The mobile app allows for easy pairing of the E65W Grind-by-Sync grinder to the Wifi connected machine or device and enables automatic software updates. The desktop app enables users to view operational data through a reporting dashboard, and managers can define coffee recipes per grinder. Both apps allow for remote and local data access.

• Sync your operations and use the mobile app for easy pairing of the grinder to the compatible machine or device for synchronized grind and brew events. Brew data only available for cloud-to-cloud and sync scale solutions.
• Easy and convenient onboarding of all your Mahlkönig Sync grinders and devices into the cloud, allowing for new software updates to be pushed automatically to your grinder.
• Quick statistics and views of your operational data. From equipment usage and consumption patterns to predictive and preventative grinder maintenance insights - retailers, managers, and roasters can make informed decisions about their business.

Mahlkönig Sync Desktop App:

• Provides a more detailed view on grinder-specific events, aggregated operational data and consumption trends through a reporting dashboard.
• Create new coffee recipes and push them via the desktop app to dedicated grinders. New recipes must be actively acknowledged on the grinder to become available for use.
